Made by Cedar Hill Welding. New in 2016, this portable mat drilling machine features a like-new 56" drill bit and is powered by a Honda motor. It is designed to run on tracks, which are not included due to a missing reverse belt. This is a one-owner machine in good condition that starts right up and runs great.
